Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Meetakriti, we strive to deliver high-quality DIY art kits and creative products that bring joy and creativity to your experience. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
  • Products showing signs of usage, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • An uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from opening the sealed package is mandatory for all return, exchange, damage, or missing item claims.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product images
  • Unboxing video
  • Issue details

Our team will review the request and assist you with a replacement or exchange wherever applicable.

Customized Products

  • Customized or personalised products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged during transit or found defective.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.
  • Return shipping charges, if any, will be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
