Lippan Art

Lippan art is the traditional mud and mirror mural artwork belonging to the Kutch region of Gujarat, India, mainly done by the Rabari and Kumbhar communities. Clay and camel dung were used to mud-wash traditional homes’ interiors to keep them cool from the harsh climate. Lippan art made the houses look pretty.

Our Lippan art workshops use clay on a wooden board. We teach you to roll the clay into cylindrical shapes and then form decorative shapes on the wooden board. The key is always to keep the clay moist to get the desired results. We then embellish them with mirrors and stones, and your artwork is ready

Fluid Art

Ok, we are biased toward this workshop, and we’ll tell you why. To date, every piece created has been one of its kind worldwide, a colossal flex. Fluid art involves painting on canvas with flowing acrylic paint. You pour the paint and then turn the canvas around to get a pattern that speaks to you.
